I first went to Nicola for baby reflexology classes, and afterwards for some reflexology and reiki sessions for myself. Each visit was relaxing and fulfilling, I found Nicola to be so wholesome and a knowledgeable therapist which is very evident following each visit.

Wasn't sure if I believe in it at first but I got a lot from it I had a pain in my shoulder blade for years it would come and go and it's gone since my session with Nicole and that wasn't what I went for out of it it has been 12 months since and my shoulder is perfect would definitely recommend
